Teresa Abreu
Teresa teaches classical guitar privately, in Porto Salvo and online. Her students — some starting from nothing, some returning after school — talk about the same things: patience, clarity, and a knowledge of the instrument that is hard to match.
She keeps studying too. Her own teacher is Denis Azabagić, head of guitar at Roosevelt University in Chicago — and, as she likes to remind beginners, even the great masters say the classical guitar is hard. She also has training in psychology, and it shows in how she reads each student's pace.
